Payment Policy for Pet Care
Because we realize that not all emergencies can be prepared for, Nashville Pet Emergency Clinic maintains a flexible payment policy for all customers. We understand that our clients come from many different sets of circumstances that may affect the ability to pay, and we do our best to keep our services accessible to all who need them. Therefore, we will work with you to negotiate a reasonable solution for payment and will always give an estimate of cost before providing any service to your pet.
Accepted Forms of Payment
Accepted forms of payment for all services include cash, VISA, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. We also accept and highly recommend CareCredit as an option to help finance your pet’s medical expenses. Working with this reliable agency to set up a payment plan, you’ll be able to make any bill more manageable.
Nashville Pet Emergency Clinic fully accepts pet health insurance plans, and we have the documentation on hand in our office to work through the process with you as needed. Veterinary insurance is a great way to help cover the cost of your pet’s necessary medical care and will keep you prepared for emergency situations. Our veterinarians recommend giving this option some thought, as it really can be a life-saver. Get started by reading through the American Veterinary Medical Association’s guide to pet health insurance.
We’re always happy to answer any of your questions about financing and payment for emergency veterinary services. Please contact Nashville Pet Emergency Clinic if you’d like to speak with a member of our practice team.
